Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total command over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, configure e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming emails according to specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the email account you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
